Referring to a series Trevanna led with reNourish Studio:

“I want to share how much Caitlin and I are LOVING this series on Corporate Direction. You are making this material so accessible and clear. This seems to be a real sweet spot in your work. The vibe or “field” is also amazing. Thank you!!”

We are moving as a team with a more strategic direction in mind, and as a result I am not forcing any more as a founder and leader. There is a lot of business growth, but the growth feels like a natural consequence of us seeing the value and attraction of what we do and improving our ability to communicate and deliver that value.

Julia - Libellula + World Economic Forum

We have collectively envisioned the potential of the organization to awaken something in everyone we work with and connect with. Our marketing has begun to shift as we have been better able to express our essence, which requires us to understand our essence. We are more easily able to see how we are thinking as we are thinking together, and to express that in various ways to our customers, so that we can attract and retain the customers who really are the best fit.

Alejandro - Board Member and Business Advisor

There is now a different centeredness and rootedness in all the decisions we are making. We’re more confident in the decisions, and there are still last minute pivots, but it doesn’t feel chaotic and stressful in the way it used to. There is this shared grounding that is present even beneath the craziest changes and situations.

Working with Trevanna is not easy and it’s not a quick fix. Now that we’ve been working together for over a year, I’m noticing that even when I feel like I haven’t intentionally practiced systems thinking, I am excited the day of a session; open, trusting and believing that we are about to engage in deep, meaningful and powerful work. For the first year, it was truly hard – she was consistently reminding me that even if I felt like I wasn’t doing enough, that the sessions themselves would take effect and begin to shift my ability to think and interact with the Wholes of which I am part. The first year I struggled to believe in my capacity and capability– but I did believe in Trevanna because of her way of being and work in the world. I nearly gave up, and I am so grateful I did not.

Now, in our second year, I see that she was right to believe in us, and in the power of systems thinking. Every session is rich, powerful, deeply challenging and deeply rewarding. I now see constant shifts in my thinking, sensing, and relational patterns. I am tracking the impacts in my teams, communities, and being. These impacts are not immediately quantifiable or easily visible, yet they are powerful, energetic, and healing.

Working with Trevanna has been impactful work. It is difficult to articulate how we relate to one another and the world in these ways. It is difficult to know what words might convey the value and meaning to someone who is not yet actively pushing themselves to engage with and stick with this development. All I can tell you is that this is what the world needs us to do, that this deep, shapeshifting, kind of medicine will ask of you and empower you to give what you are likely not yet able to imagine being asked for, or giving.
